Say YES to Happiness!

August 3, 2022 by Matt

Karen’s bio B.S. Natural Health, Licensed Nurse, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor, Chakradance® & SoulCollage® Facilitator.

I’ve helped hundreds of women — and men — find and maintain happiness, health and wellness through various techniques and journeys together.

Individuals who want to change their lives to become happy and healthy and after our work together, are amazed at the results. Things they never thought possible became their long-lasting reality.

We may use biofeedback, assessments, coaching, nutrition, meditation, mindfulness exercises, journaling, sound healing, reiki, yoga, or creative exercises. I have several techniques we can use, but it depends on what you need.

Change only comes to those who are ready and willing to work for it though.

So, it’s up to you! Are you ready?

Stress Reduction Workshop

July 6, 2022 by Matt

East End Women’s Network presents Dr. Karen Lalli and a Stress Reduction Workshop

Dr. Karen Lalli is a chiropractor with more than 30 years experience. She is a 1986 honors graduate of the Los Angles College of Chiropractic; and today continues her education through the study of diversified and cutting-edge healing specialties. She supports a broad base of patients located throughout the United States, and maintains clinics in Phoenix and Long Island.

She practiced with Dr. Bruce Shelton at Valley Integrative Physicians for more than 15 years before his recent passing, serving as the chiropractic physician supporting Dr. Shelton’s homeopathic clinic. She has also worked for more than 20 years in close collaboration with Dr. John Brimhall. Consequently, she incorporates into her practice many of Dr. Shelton’s and Dr. Brimhall’s protocols for mind-body healing, chronic pain and disease management, organ detoxification, emotional balancing, and chelation therapy.

Dr. Lalli augments this comprehensive homeopathic and alternative healing knowledge base with her own eclectic understanding of emotional healing techniques to assess and treat hidden health problems which many times limit optimal health. The depth and breadth of this multi-faceted healing background allows her to provide a unique health care alternative in the treatment of chronic conditions.

She is a congenial, compassionate, concerned, highly-capable, upbeat, and positive health care provider. Her practice incorporates a full spectrum of alternative treatment modalities including: applied kinesiology, non-force manipulation, NAET, ASERT, cold lasers, visceral percussion, and emotional release techniques. Dr. Lalli utilizes both proven and cutting edge therapies to develop highly personalized treatment plans, thereby allowing each individual patient to achieve an optimal health balance.
